CINCINNATI – (November 8, 2018) Mary Welsh Schlueter, CEO and founder of Cincinnati-based Partnership for Innovation in Education (PIE), recently received a 2018 Enquirer and Greater Cincinnati Foundation Women of the Year Award. She was honored alongside her fellow honorees during a special awards ceremony on Friday, Oct. 26, 2018 at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati.

The Women of the Year awards, now in their 50thyear, celebrate 10 women each year in the Greater Cincinnati community who have dedicated their lives to giving back to the region.

“I am truly honored to have been recognized alongside such amazing, inspiring women. My work with PIE and local schools has been a journey of passion and excitement for the future of our students as they learn about and gain confidence in their own career potential. It has been a journey that has involved countless students, teachers, local business and community organizations along with volunteers to bring our learning opportunities into the classroom. I am excited for what lies ahead for PIE and Cincinnati students,” said Schlueter.
