PIE Receives Community Grant from Duke Energy

CINCINNATI–(August 30, 2021) Cincinnati-based Partnership for Innovation in Education (PIE) received a $2,000 grant from the Duke Energy Foundation to create powerful communities in Cincinnati through the foundation’s 2021 Community Grants program.

“We are honored to have received this grant from the Duke Energy Foundation. At PIE, we are committed to powering local students with hands-on and virtual STEM learning experiences. Our programs help students gain real-life career experiences and help them envision their future career pathways and realize their potential,” said Mary Welsh Schlueter, CEO for PIE.
